Quarterback Camp
This is a group training aimed at providing attention to the fundamentals of the game including both individual skill development and overall understanding of Football concepts, strategies and reads, tied together with Leadership Skills, and Resiliency Building. Our goal is to help athletes define what attributes they will tap into in order to develop those skills. The trainings are suitable for players who have any level of experience, and those who play padded football, flag football, or are simply considering football in the future. We have also added a speed, agility, quickness, and plyometric component to this year’s camp. Drills will include but are not limited to: Form running, resistance training, explosive movement, acceleration and deceleration skills, jumping, bounding, eccentric and concentric movement patterns and more. All trainings will be run by Ryan Smith, Assistant Football Coach at Salesianum School.
